Who Handles Ticketing for Football at UNM?

UNM Athletics has introduced a streamlined and convenient way for students to secure their tickets in advance. How Does the New Ticketing System Work?
Starting with the home opener of Lobo football against Sam Houston State on Saturday, August 31, 2019, UNM students will receive an email from UNM Athletics containing a link. This link is your gateway to securing your tickets hassle-free. Once you click on the link, you’ll be taken to a page where you can connect your account with UNM’s cutting-edge ticketing system called Paciolan.
Your account information, including your pin number, will be automatically populated. All you need to do is confirm your account details and create a password. Once these steps are completed, your account will be successfully created, and you’ll have the power to claim your tickets for the entire football season and even the upcoming basketball season.
What About Guest Tickets?
UNM students also have the option to purchase guest tickets for a mere $10. This is a fantastic opportunity to share the game-day excitement with friends or family members. Guest tickets can be acquired using your new account. The cherry on top? These tickets will be conveniently delivered to your mobile device, and all you’ll need to do is present your phone for scanning at the entry gate on game day.
The Transition to Digital Ticketing
In a move to enhance the safety and convenience of fans, UNM Athletics has made the pivotal decision to transition to a fully digital ticketing and parking system for all ticketed events. This transition commenced in the fall sports seasons of 2021. Upon purchasing your tickets, whether for yourself or your guests, you can easily have them sent to your mobile device using email or text messaging. These mobile tickets are optimized for display on smartphones, ensuring your ease of access and convenience.

Should you need to transfer tickets to fellow fans, the process is straightforward. You can transfer tickets digitally to others who can then enjoy the event in your stead.
